Wow. Only 13 new listings so far this month in your county, we have that many a day in Albemarle. I think that we have over 700 active listings in Albemarle right now. That's a lot of inventory to buy down.
Hello Pam, it is a little place, we have 28000 population in the county and only 4000 in Viroqua. There are only 35 real estate agents and of them 10 are Realtors, the others are non Realtors, you would think it is hard to make a living at this here, but it is not if you are willing to put in the time.
