Hi Mary. I stopped by to read your latest posts. I appreciate your latest market report.
Everytime I see a report on Viroqua it reminds me of my summers in all of the small towns in Wisconsin. My mother grew up just "down" the road in Viola and I spent many a summer on the backroads visiting relatives and family friends.
Mary no matter what I love seeing SOLD sign wish agents would broadcast that more often
have a great and wonderful weekend
Sweat equity can be a wonderful thing...for folks who want to go to that all encompassing "Up North" place...which everyone here acts like is in the same neighborhood whether it is the Dells, LaCrosse, EauClaire, Minoqua or Superior...or Viroqua...you can get that "Get away" for the best price ever ...sell lots !
Hi Mary, Interesting to see the low end of the market, as well as the high end of the market. Thanks for the info.
It's always nice to see those "Sold" signs blazoned across listings. . .I agree with Lynn, I wish more agents would broadcast that more.
Mary - not what I would have expected after reading your comment on my post
Quite the range of prices in your neck of the woods. Got to love those acreage sales!
