We've got a few of those in our area..affectionately called just domes, hippy houses. The acoustics are awesome and its like being inside a speaker. Hard to sweep dirt in to corners though.
Hi Andrew, I have had a few calls on it already, hope to show it on Monday! Formerly it houses a business but has been in residential use for the past 20+ years.
I saw one of this style of home here in GR. I wonder what the interior look like.
Mary such an interesting house!
I had relatives that built a dome house just outside Cleveland. It was huge inside. They lived there for 20 years before getting tired of it.
Mary
Happy Mothers day to you
Very cool home! I always wanted to see inside one of those!
Excellent post! I do have a friend who builds a pyramid house shape very roomy on the inside! I wonder about a dome house?
Thanks for sharing,
Adam
Mary, Your description of the home and layout was fabulous. I believe we has a geodesic home in Parker. I have never been in one. I am curious, though.
Mary, very interesting home, many years ago, my wife and I lived in a dome home. It was nice and different but I couldn't get used to not being able to push funiture tight up to the wall. Funny how we are conditioned...
I have yet to see the inside of one of these. Where can I see interior photos?... I'm so curious!
