I've never heard the term "farmette"---is that a special type of farm? This looks like a charming home with lots of potential for different uses.
Mary - I agree with Suzanne - wonderful description of this property! I really felt like I was there with you. This one shouldn't last long at all!
Cynthia, A farmette is a term used perhaps locally for a small hobby farm. It has less acreage than full farm, and may be more of a specialty farm raising eggs as this one, or vegetable and also may be run by a person who maybe not working at farming full time.

Cynthia, might be an idea for a post, I will have to work on that thanks for asking! There are fewer agents from rural areas here, and rural sales is a specialty compared to residential.

Debbie, thanks I have been taking folks on a walking word tour of my listings like this one for a long time. It works for me and actually is easier to write the copy this way. Just describe what you will see along the way always using colorful words covering the inside and the outside.
